Hi, I have tried this with adsense and recently got paid €80,- But.... Also got alot of clicks(somewhere between 80-150 clicks per day) on affiliate links but not 1 conversion. When I have this many clicks from search engine traffic I always have some conversions with this amount of clicks...

Your friend probably visited a site which has some kind of nasty javascript. With javascript you can autoclick on a link.
