As for the 21 day hold, that only last for about 30-90 days depending on how much you are selling. After the first 30 days on my PayPal account they started releasing my funds instantly....but i do have all positive feedback and have never had to pay out a refund..... GOOD LUCK!!

That's why they don't work because they are not paid proxies, Get ones that you pay for and you will be fine.

If you are smart and you want it to last keep it to yourself. Othwer wise it will be useless before you know it. I'm sure the ones here that tell you to release it will only be the people that want to use it.
