Set up a free blog and put your adsense in there. Play around with it. Learn the basics is what I did. You can also use fiverr, which I think all new people to IM should always get into. :)

Yeah GoDaddy is one of the worst out there. It's quite sad that they're said to be one of the best too. I find their service awful. I second calling them and arguing with them. Hate when a service like this is so bad.

Just tell them you'll report them as a scam. I sent an e-mail to a company I worked for a while back, (was a one time thing) when I wasn't paid my earnings. They never replied. I waited for a week, no reply. So i sent another e-mail and the same thing. I got annoyed and just sent them an e-mail...

It'll most likely be on there forever unless someone discounts it. There's not much you can really do unless they start replying to your e-mails. I wish you luck on getting this resolved.

I'd say around 4000 or so if you want to get some earnings. 1000 wouldn't be enough in my opinion. You can also do multiple accounts too to help the fan page.

Yeah this is just annoying. I have a decent gig on fiverr and it doesn't show up where it should show up. Oh well, I hope enough people complain to them to fix these problems. I know I will.
