you can get SEO Powersuite for free, which includes a fully functional rank checker and some limits on the other programs included

you can link your webmaster and analytics accounts so that analytics gives you SEO stats

got my first two clicks yesterday and my earnings now are $2.31 i am also starting to rank for some other keywords between 12-17 according to google analytics
