Hi guys, I have a nice desktop app. I monetize it with Amonetize. As you know Chrome is blocking all Amonetize and other PPI networks. Is there a way to get around this? If not, do you know a better way to monetize your desktop app without getting blocked by Chrome/other browsers and Anti Virus...

Put the target KW at the beginning of the meta title tag if it makes sense.

Don't bother. Focus on creating high quality content, backlinks and social shares.

Sitemap is not a must. It can help you get your site indexed by Google better. You can create it very easily... 5 min of work.

I don't think that GWT is useless. After the "not provided keywords" update, this is almost the only place you can track your organic keywords.

I agree, this is really wiered that such a competitive niche has almost no competition.
