Hiya, Whats the the best way to track 200K+ keywords within organic Google search? I currently use SEMRush & Rank Tracker but they just seem to fail when trying to track these large number of queries. Would really appreciate some guidance on this as im struggling to monitor everything. Cloudy!

Who honestly cares? Focus on driving traffic that converts. I think it’s a BS metric to be looking at in all honesty. Unless you are wanting to sell the site and it could appeal to a buyer!

Absolutly! I think what I’m concluding from all the replies is obviously getting a solicitor to look over everything. That is my biggest worry in all honesty that he could feel better in 6 months and pitch to them hosting and development work. I’ll get the ball rolling with a solicitor today! :)

Yes I really like the idea! The last meeting they had with me... they said... “it’s not our fault if you cannot retain the clients” With your idea of them paying per each successful sign up... I believe I could mitigate that risk. It’s only if they agree to it. Thank you tho!

Very very true! I didnt think of that! Anyway of preventing such a thing? I do trust this guy in all honesty... i cant imagine him bending me over in all honesty... but i obviously want to mitigate my risk.

Selling due to personal reasons, i know the guy super well... he has been my friend for 5+ years. He has alot on his plate currently and finding running the business extremely stressful. buying dedicated server & client relationships. Not buying the whole agency due to his business partner...

Absolutely agree! Thanks for replying... they currently are not within any contract with the current provider... they are just paying monthly and all have been since 2015. Thats my exact worry that they may leave due to not being in contract. I am just buying the client base with monthly...
