2.4M Products - Automating adverts via Google API?

Hi,

Im currently looking after a adwords account what has over 2.4 million prodcuts.
They mainly sell a product via product SKU.

Im wanting to construct adverts what are like the following

{PROUDCT SKU} {PRODUCT PRICE} - NEXT DAY SHIPPING {time countdown timer}

The issue is some product SKU codes are long so if they are to long we would strip out the next day shipping for something else.

Is their a way of doing this with Google API within adwords?
Has anybody done something like this before?
