This site is just less then a month old. It sits at number one for 'Justin Bieber Believe' and 'Justin Bieber Believe Album' and is getting 12k hits a day.
It has a page rank of 0 and is above the wikipedia...

In today's environment (Penguins and Pandas) picking up a new site is just not worth it for. I could build them myself. Owning sites is not the issue, its ranking the fuckers.
The domains will age without you doing anything, they only lose their age when they are dropped by the register. For example if you let a domain with 5 years expire without renew and then someone later decides to register it - it will start again from age zero.
