Why not real estate? You can find decent return if you put few hours into research. Stocks are at the moment quite high, it may go up and it may go down. I would personally keep it somewhere liquid and buy shares when the next crash comes. Question is not if, but when it comes :)

Not really, 80% are from US/UK/CA/AU. I bought it for $3500 so still getting 100% pa but unfortunately so far have no luck with better monetization. Still have a lot of options though.
