have you make sure, port 80 working? Just check the firewall, I assume your port 80 still blocked. and if you have HTTPS, also activate 443

Login into your namecheap, and setup your NS with your VPS IP. Or, if you need extra protection, you can register Cloudflare. You can manage your DNS at cloudflare instead directly into Namecheap. Where, people can actually see your real public IP address, and its a like show your ass to public.
