Anyone know what Registrar RMX uses to register Domains you would buy with their hosting packs? Is the Registrar Offshore too? If I use xrumer to spam my site hosted on RMX across the interwebs and you get spam complaints, will you ignore them or suspend my account or domain at all?

If I make a Unverified Canadian PayPal Account with fake info from a USA IP and get money sent to this fake PP account. Can I then send that money out to my main Verified PP account as a gift without any problems since Canadian paypal accounts have $3,000 Unverified sending limits, or will...
