If I make a Unverified Canadian PayPal Account with fake info from a USA IP and get money sent to this fake PP account.
Can I then send that money out to my main Verified PP account as a gift without any problems since Canadian paypal accounts have $3,000 Unverified sending limits, or will paypal require me to verify that fake Canadian account first before I can send money out of it?
I only want to use the Canadian PP account as a temp throw away account so people that send money to it wont know my real identity.
Anyone have any knowledge or experience with this type of thing with paypal?
