Do what @TheMatrix says. If you are able to place a deeplink as an anchor text, then is it even better. Just remember to keep your link and comment relevant. If you don't then will you most likely get your comment deleted.

It depends on your nice and there are a lot of ways you can get traffic without using adwords. But do remember that you can save a lot of money by optimizing your adwords campaigns. Try to search and read about adwords optimization.
