Hey, today I've received this email from XVIDEOS. I reuploaded an amateur voyeur video, a year ago or so: Will I get in trouble for this? I told them that I reuploaded this video from another website. I also deleted all of my videos immediately. Also they banned my account after I replied.

Lol, no. It's not my content. I doubt they can copyright it as the people who might do it could get in trouble. Btw don't get me wrong, this type of porn is perfectly legal. Just not so popular.

I used an amateur porn subniche which isn't copyrighted most of the time. Probably that's the reason. How can a company copyright videos when they belong to no one...Also there is a problem that there aren't lots of videos that I search for. I have to dig deep lol.

I don't upload copyrighted content, that's the trick. I found a specific amateur niche.

Apparently they do accept it. Maybe you have a different concept of watermark than I? It just a simple website link that I put in the bottom corner of my video.

I just use Sony Vegas, maybe there is an easier way, never looked into it.

I just put a watermark on all of my videos. I also make them shorter (like 1 or 2 minutes) so people will have to search for the full version of it.

What about copyright issues, can you get sued over uploading someone's else porn over your website? Is it even possible? I could bring lots of traffic but I was always afraid of this.
