Hey, today I've received this email from XVIDEOS. I reuploaded an amateur voyeur video, a year ago or so:

Will I get in trouble for this? I told them that I reuploaded this video from another website. I also deleted all of my videos immediately. Also they banned my account after I replied.
We are questioning whether the individuals involved in this content all gave their consent to be published online or not.

Please get back to us with information and/or documentation in order to keep this content and account online.

Otherwise it may automatically be deleted after some time and may also be reported to the relevant authorities.

Can I see the video? Maybe I can offer some expert advice afterwards...

xD nothing fancy there mate. Just some random woman depilating her fanny. I've downloaded it from one those Russian social websites & put a watermark on the video. Somehow it got 300k views lol.

Did you earn any money out of it?

What is the journey here? Creating amateur videos and winning legal disputes against porn sites?

Nah, i'm still searching for a solid side income. I'm tired of pornography reupload, it really messes up with your brain. I'm thinking about selling Wordpress websites again, real easy cash right there. I won't make much though.

Vk? Which social media?

It's unlikely you see further consequences. Xvideo has deeper pockets and has to worry about getting sued by porn companies for unauthorized reposting of their content. Part of defending themselves is trying to keep the content off and show that they have a policy of taking down unauthorized content.
