keywords is the toughest issue and the most important. In fact every indexing on the order of your book in amazon is based on your keyword that you use. Regarding the description, usually no one reads it but it i good to have some highlights on it and as well not to copy paste from other sources

i used AMS for sometime and it seems that is great tools and ROI is higher around 50%. But the issue is that you must know exactly how to promote the books and when.

@Kikerinka i totally agree. But, my concern is that the amazon algorithm is changing many time and there are many good books that have been sell for long time now are stuck. Currently i sell 5-6 books during a month which is very low.
