Different days, i usually "Follow" until i hit 7500 (Instagram follow limit) then i wait a day and unfollow.

I Unfollow 2k a day no bans yet

lol, ok. the reason i said 600 there are certain days (on my other accounts) where if i unfollow fast enough ill only lose around 100 at the most. and some days i gain 1000 a day. on average it can be around 600 i have gained 11k in a month.
