Hello guys, I am going to buy a .info domain name but I would like to know if it is a good idea for SEO. It is an EMD, 27,000 searches a month and a ppc of 13$ Do you think I have any chance with .info to make a first page? Thank you!

I think also that it is an on-site update as my site was broken for few hours when the update occurred, all my plugins (WP) were deactivated for some reasons.
