I'm sure there are free services for it out there, but you get what you pay for, or don't in this case. It would probably be best to just signup for a cheap hosting plan somewhere.

There's plenty of themes out there that have infinite scrolling blogs. I would try searching ThemeForest for one, they usually have the best.

Scrollorama might do the trick. You'll need some basic coding knowledge to set it up so might need to hire someone if you don't. Just search scrollorama on Google or "jquery scrolling script", etc.

You can try using Cufon instead of fontsquirrels generator. Just search Cufon in Google.
