Yes my account is still fine. Is your account new? Usually for new users, Twitter is a little bit stricter.

I only follow 1000 daily and unfollow 400.. Then it is not the only activity present in the account. You can post a tweet, reply to tweets of others, do retweets, join hashtags etc.. to create a variation in your twitter account.
