Its impossible to answer. It depends on the competition, your content and the SEO techniques you are using. Patience is the most valuable asset of an SEO. I've ranked for keywords in a few days before, but it's usually a couple of months before i'm ranking for fresh keywords

Keep doing SEO and be patient. 20 and 150 aren't really valuable anyway, so keep working on them and wait until you're on the first oage and then they might even out.

If you're serious aboht ranking and you want to go the blackhat route, then PBN's are the only way to go.

When was the last time you posted content? Never stop updating the site. Go over your best articles and update them. Google value new, fresh content just as much as old, authoritative content.
