Are all of these raw scams? What stops all these "call providers" from hiring their own fellows to push sales. They'll all make many times more that way. This guy is generating 100 calls a day. Why is he looking to sell the leads, hire your own fellows...? Too good to be true... it;s a scam.

that's a very generic question. you didn't mention the content and business vertical. post a video that's awesome enough to be shared. or post a flash quiz/game, that's first step toward viral marketing.
