Considering the web hosting account is on a SHARED IP plan. can google really tell its you? After all.... If google banned based on your hosting IP...theyd have to banned everyone associated with that IP. I understand you would need to register a new domain in another name but a new hosting...

well I checked and it wasnt blacklisted. As far as someone else using this IP from this server and getting banned...what are the odds of that?

accessed my VPS... ONLY used it to create adwords account. Entered new CC info, address, name etc. Got a the "you have been suspended" email. What on earth did I do wrong? The only thing I can think is... I opened the welcome email from my banned IP BUT I didnt send anything back or reply...
