When you learn syntax, I definitely suggest you to try https://abp.io/ This framework uses SOLID and OOP well. You will learn from it the best use cases.

I suggest to use Anydesk or Teamviewer. They both secure and fast tools.

I've two monitors. One of them is my mb pro, other is my 42" 4k. I prefer one big monitor over 2 monitors. It gives me more freedom.
