Chances are no one is going to report you. I'm assuming you have your emails in one place, like a CSV file or spreadsheet. Just split them up into a few segments and paste them into the BCC on a few different hosting accounts.
It varies too much to give you a good estimate. Find a few programs you're interested in and then take the PPM they offer and multiply that by the traffic you think you can get.
Example: $2/1,000 pageviews x 300,000 pageviews/month = $600/month.
Hostgator works good. They're under $10 a month and allow adult content. If you need a cheap dedicated server, checkout AIT. They're only $40 a month, but they don't allow adult content.
Best to just forget about them and move on. That's why you diversify your income streams. If one falls through, just keep on sailing with your other accounts.
Personally, I think you have too much content on each page. People don't have that good of an attention span. Even if they're interested in what they're reading, they're probably just going back to Google and looking up the company's name there instead of clicking your affiliate links. Try...
The way I see it, you have three good options here:
1. Put them all on one VPS or dedicated server.
2. Outsource the work to someone else. If you can't afford it, then your websites aren't worth the hassle.
3. Pick out a more manageable amount of your top earners and sell the rest.
I agree with NutraCash. You can have an entirely pornographic website and rank really well, but if you're already ranking it for non-porn traffic, I'd try to keep them separate just to be on the safe side.
I tried both plagium and duplichecker. Neither one showed any matches. Yeah, Copyscape is cheap enough. I was just wondering if there was a good, free alternative. Never hurts to save a few pennies.
