Recently i have to deal with scam and i get a lesson from it, So i though these things need to be changes to minimize the damage. When the dispute is approved against the seller then the seller account is completed restricted. They can't engage in any activity in forum , only access to comment...

Because as a reviewers your account must have 300+ messages to qualify for it and as he spammed on 14th, 15th, and 16th june 100+ messages and on 17th june when 300+ messages completed he immediately commented on his own sales thread to get it approved. It looks clearly suspicious to me...
