For stopping the scam in the forum

Recently i have to deal with scam and i get a lesson from it, So i though these things need to be changes to minimize the damage.

When the dispute is approved against the seller then the seller account is completed restricted. They can't engage in any activity in forum , only access to comment on the active dispute.
Because i have seen that seller ignores the dispute and engage in other active probably finding the clients to scam as much as they can becasue they know that they are going to loose account.


And When the dispute is approved against the seller then it must be provided with the badge on profile with a warning sign that don't deal with the seller outside of the forum until the dispute is resolve.

yes because of it he will be more active in the dispute thread to resolve it as soon as possible.

What happened in my case is the seller have the active dispute he said he will refund the buyer so he got time and in between he scammed a lot of people including me. I even asked him he have a active dispute so he said yes he will refund the buyer there is some miscommunication between the seller. And its been a month still he haven't refund the buyer. If his account is restricted and have a warning badge so i think today i did not get scammed.

one guy selling the google threshold method who scammed and fail to solve dispute, he is recently pming people on telegeam to sell again

Even tho he is banned from bhw. Really hope no more people get scammed by him

This is something to keep in mind. A dispute going live doesn't mean the accused is automatically at fault, just that we've determined there's an issue that needs to be resolved between two or more parties.
