So we checked it all once again and it doesn't matter if they are free or premium accounts, it works with both. But still haven't found out what the problem with the bots is.

We use several bots and they individually have their own accounts. The proxies we use are public. People provide those kind of services, but we prefer doing it ourselves, since we have the opportunity.

I will go for a second try, thank you. And regarding the ip, we use proxies. The ips are being changed every 24-48h. Iam just wondering why we received over 100 plays this one day.

I didn't know that. That could be true. But I looked it up on the internet and even the people on spotify claimed that non-premium users count.
