I also wouldn't bother with a copyright claim, particularly on memes. Better off with watermarks and frames. Then you can at least gain some traffic from it. .... or make a meme about their page.

Report the page as infringing on a trademark and provide proof. (Indicating the actual fanpage). They will take this much more seriously than reporting it as "spam" because of the legal weight behind trademark infringement. There is a process to do so on their site.

I have followed these rules to a T and can say that they work 100%. I don't even use proxys and have not had trouble. (Granted, I only run about 6 accounts). Anyone know how many accounts you can get away with on one IP address?
