If you speak and write in more than one language you can probably make some decent money doing translations. The online gaming industry usually looks for people to translate their copy.

Try social media and influencer marketing. Give people a cheap product for free in exchange to post on various pages and groups. The more friends/followers they have the better your results will be.

The quickest I got a site ranked on page 1 of Google was in a week. I did proper keyword research and just wrote better content and meta descriptions than my clients competitors. Also made sure that I did as much as I can to optimize the sites load speed.
