Phone I m more comfortable in using it on my phone but Its not working properly now when I m editing its being stuck on 40%

My hands aren't good in computer the day I have started using capcut in used in phone i had tried my best to find proper old version apk but when I editing it's not crossing after 40% it's being stuck

Yes the 11.8.0 I use it through VPN it use to work amazingly earlier all I need is isolation voice and voice enhance feature when ever now I m trying use these features its being stuck at 40% and then it's showing to download secure version which isn't available in any apk files

The update 11.8.0 pro version isn't working me I m not able to understand how to fix it can you guide me how to do that?
