Need suggestions please

A friend of mine is missing since yesterday, his phone has been found from his scooty but my friend has not been found anywhere. Please suggest something so that he can know something, CCTV isn't even helping to get the clue.Please suggest something.

You may want to ask if he had debts or other issues going on with him as that would give you a better answer, and like the above people have posted, going to the police and or hiring a private investigator.

its better to report him already to authority, seek some assistance. Even useless cctv cam do something, at the important is to get leads or even a small information.
