depends on many factors particularly the demographic of your traffic. Free stuff email/zip submits work well with twitter... you wont get rich on even 1k clicks but u might make 30-100 a day.

maybe set up something and collect data off people who want to give out their first name and email for a nice deal that you keep exclusive to those who do. then mail that data with an opt out link you can find some offers targeted for that traffic.
