Best Program for my Site?

Hi,

I have a site with about 5000 views per month and would like to make the most of the traffic. I have a 100px tall area for advertising which is the width of the browser. The visitors are people from all over the US looking for a bargain, but otherwise don't have much in common. The site is all AJAX so once the visitor has loaded the page, he stays put. I plan to have the ads rotate / change every 15 to 30 seconds (unless the mouse is near it) or a similar setup if a good one is suggested. What / who would you suggest I use for my banners / ads? Know of any high revenue PPV type programs out there?

maybe set up something and collect data off people who want to give out their first name and email for a nice deal that you keep exclusive to those who do. then mail that data with an opt out link you can find some offers targeted for that traffic.
