Good start, some quick advice:
- get those WordPress hints out of there as soon as possible "You can use WP menu builder to build menus"
- get an image of yourself up there - you are the authority, you are the brand, promote your own image (not some stock photo of a guy with a megaphone).
- show...
I've also been scouting around to determine the market price for selling a bunch of high pa/da/moz domains I have bought (checked as much as I could to make sure they're clean).
I seems to be finding the sale price of such domains is around $60-120 or so.
I have found a few that are very high...
Soby, how are you registering gov/edu domains? edu require proof that you're associated with an educational institution - similar for gov I believe.
Would appreciate some insight on this if possible (I think we all would, which is why everyone else wants high authority I presume)
Feels good eh?
Now find ways to replicate that success by automating the processes that got you there (find or build software to speed up your methods and hire VA's to do the tedious stuff)
Yeah, best not to send junk traffic or links directly to any conversion/money site directly: better to send it to a buffer page (About or Facebook/Twitter) page with high authority that can handle the garbage without taking a hit: then link those buffer pages to your money site.

"I have never let my schooling interfere with my education."
(though this topic may be inappropriately categorized....)
I certainly think it's important, though not necessary, to have a website that establishes your business and reputation.
At the very least - it's kind of like a business card: nobody really uses them but without one, your business seems...
Heard a lot of people referring to the new "Sandbox" and the importance of spreading out your linkbuilding for new sites ("link velocity") - though I still agree that if you want to rank high in the long run, best to go for what makes Google happy: quality content (E-A-T is the acronym of the...
Yeah, was just having similar thoughts today as my puppy lost a few of her puppy teeth from playing aggressively with her new chew toy (and watching some of my blognet sites all but die off...). That is to say: don't be afraid to lose a few baby teeth - those that grow back in their place will...
Google's new "Quality Rater Guidelines" specify the importance of "E-A-T" in their manual website reviews: Expertise - Authority - Trustworthiness. I've reviewed some test results that indicate that G's algo's are also picking up on keyword and related terms frequency counts to determine E-A-T -...
