How do easily I migrate a wordpress site from one host to another (files + database). Thanks for your help.

I have a few adult sites that I host on arvixe and am fed up with them. Frequent downtimes, account got suspended because of load (wordpress!). Can't depend on them. Got a fake DMCA notice once and they suspended the site without checking. Bunch of losers there. Looking at offshore shared...
