well it all depends on your niche and keywords i replace pr with moz all metrics . some replace only with moz page authority and domain authority. i used to rank with gsa search engine ranker exactly like you said as over pr 3 . you made me to think past lol. my faviorite was pr 3+...

check yout sitemap. If its wordpress you can use something like yoast ..all in one seo.. ofc you can easily do if get a link with authority /pbn . but most of the time web 2.0 profiles /blogs and ser links works fine.
