I have seen a lot of people here having problems paying their facebook balance. If the amunt you need to pay is < $4 you need to ADD FUNDS. Banks won’t process transactions from meta less than $4. Add $10 fund to your acc and try to pay it

You cannot pay with some cards an amount with less than 4$. Top up funds( ex. $10) and pay it with funds. Thank me later ;)
