Hello , i need to buy VPN service and i will be glad if there will be many Italian serrvers and ips in it , i have my reason for that .. but i need VPN which offers you static ips not random .. (like SecurityKiss vpn it gives you static ips) i dont mind to ad that service , just want to show you...

the money is already in my paypal account , its not pending or something else .. account does not have any problem (no limit , etc.) solid clean account .. when i tried to send funds to my friend it said "you cant send your payment right know" i got same error when i tried : request money ...
