Why do you say this? Why pay $170 a month when you can just pay $40 a month for a VPS and get the same thing?

if you know linux at all you can do it yourself using metasploit framework. there are a few real good email harvesters included in it.

acevpn is good and cheap. $5/month and they have a bunch of different servers (like 10-15 or so).... as is such you won't have to buy a bunch of accounts.

I use private internet access vpn and I routinely have 3-5 devices under one account. it is like $7/month too.
