I always thought A and B are the same; adsense = selling other people's products/services with Google as the middle man. I've always thought that you either sell your own products/services or sell others' products/services (adsense, affiliate, cpa)

If you're going to work so hard, might as well cut out the middle man (CPA) and the actual advertiser too...and do what the advertiser is doing: Set up a site offering them the 100 dollar gift cards, make them sign up for free trials like netflix and other affiliate offers until your commissions...
