I'm starting a new subscription site and I'm a bit worried they could just take down my product any time and I would lose all my subs. But I do like having access to their affiliate program. What do you guys think is best long term?

I own a couple websites and do stuff in affiliate marketing. I want to switch everything off my name into a company name for legal reasons. People will mainly only be seeing the name with transactions so I don't think it needs to be super clever or anything. These are the requirements.
