I think he means that his own business is slow, and he doesn't have any tasks to hand out to the VAs, so they end up sitting around doing nothing while he still pays them (since they have no tasks).

A lot of the ones on Instagram use LUMA Dream Machine. If you want a local solution I think Stable Diffusion has some great img2video solutions (Look into AnimateDiff with a ComfyUI workflow), but you will need a good GPU for that.

Focusing on making a network of channels with original, long-term high quality content, so it seems we have different goals. Seems like you are doing well though, best wishes, hope to learn from you.

I had a very, very similar project. I used pexels and Bing Images for the visuals, GPT API for the script, Tortoise TTS for the voice-over and some open source library for the captions. The script I made took a couple of hours on my old GPU but generated a new video almost completely...

For more complex coding projects I find ChatGPT, even 4.0 can hallucinate a lot of completely wrong facts. Until hallucinations are fixed, I think regular Google Search will still prove very popular for the time being. There's a certain level of trust and authority a human-authored piece of text...

Day 18 Currents Stats: Channel #1 1.124k subs (+0) 161 videos (+1) Channel #2 149 subs (+2) 11 videos (+1) Uploaded 2 videos today, one on each channel. Scheduled one for tomorrow on Channel #1. Hopefully the videos do better over night.

Update #2 It's been a while, and to be honest I haven't really done anything. I would say I've been really busy with work, but that would be a lie, I'm not really doing anything that hard or time-consuming. Hasn't helped that two of the videos I spent a couple of hours on got shadow banned to 0...

I will use them to drive traffic to other new long-form channels in the same Niche through Community Posts, or leading them to the part 2 of a short (on the channel I'm trying to grow) using description/comment links.

I make them myself: record gameplay with OBS and edit with DaVinci Resolve. I follow shorts format and trends I see on other channel. Target audience is pretty young, so usually like memes, trending songs etc.

When I first started some of my shorts got 0, but that stopped over time. I think as you channel grows you get more and more you get more "default" views as the algorithm trusts you more, before I was struggling to hit 1k and now I get ~10k every short.

Very nice progress! Do you see more success with hashtags/descriptions or do they not matter at all you think?
