OP, it depends on the presentation. Look at "The Real Hustle" (British TV series from 2006). The show was basically teaching viewers how to scam each other. They are not getting in trouble though, because they present what they are doing as "outing" other people's scams.

It won't work very well. You have to "train" to properly recognize the way you talk, which you can't obviously do with a youtube video. You will have better results using headphones and "parroting" what you hear to the mic, instead of feeding youtube sound directly to the software.

Can anyone point me to a tool (preferably a free one) that would give the statistics of a specific keyword per country? I guess it will be much more helpful to know which locale the site discovered in the method above is targeting (in case it's not very obvious).
