Just wondering where the cheapest and most reliable places are to host a website and buy a domain name for my new site. If anyone has had a positive experience somewhere your feedback would be much appreciated.

Hmm. I think Bing is alot more option filled and has many more conveniences. Once people start to realize this they might turn over to it.... but this might not be for a long while. I personally prefer Google because it's a lot simpler and faster.

I want to start a website, where could I download these templates to create a site. Also, what are the steps in building a site, other than buying a domain name (i know that).
