I never activated my sim because it's not necessary as far as I know and it always worked fine. Videos getting 50-100K views (US audience) and stuff. Don't know why this happened. Talked to a friend from greece he has the same issue and he just started with tiktok 2 days ago.

Tried making a new account after full factory reset. For the first 20-30 minutes everything was fine. Had US TikToks showing on my fyp, TT Shop was there too as well as the US Playlist for sounds. After I closed the app and opened it again it changed. Got the german playlist for sounds, no shop...

So basically after a iOS update the location/viral sounds etc. all changed back to the "real" location. Getting followers from germany now instead of the US like usual. US Sim Card is still in the phone. Has anyone had this problem before?
