i have blockchain wallet but i dont have access to it all i remember is my wallet ID and BTC address , The old phone number no longer works , and i had phone verification enabled , its an old account so i cant even login to email id associated with it , because it ask for same phone otp please...

its very unfortunate that it happened but i have been searching a lot on internet and people are offering software to get my wallet access , Is that safe , legit or they are simply trying to scam people like me ?
