I have some funds stuck

It's impossible otherwise crypto wouldn't exist.

Which wallet are you using do you have your seed? If you have seed and password then download electrum you’ll be able to get your keys

its very unfortunate that it happened but i have been searching a lot on internet and people are offering software to get my wallet access , Is that safe , legit or they are simply trying to scam people like me ?

i have blockchain wallet but i dont have access to it all i remember is my wallet ID and BTC address , The old phone number no longer works , and i had phone verification enabled , its an old account so i cant even login to email id associated with it , because it ask for same phone otp

please help if anyone can help
