maybe a problem with permalinks setting and htaccess

I thought mine was effected by Panda and gave a shot at the survey ... all my answers have less percentage of votes and my site is now getting up in SERPS and wasn't hit by panda and it had effect of some backlinks which made the site do a dance in SERPS anyway Panda have no effect on perfectly...
