If you want to increase the number of fans post a shitload amount of images of that city, "secret" places that only locals know are always a good way to get ppl's attention. If you want to monetize it, I dont really know, same prob here.

For your first work with photoshop, it looks great.
Try making it a bit more sober, I reckon. The main thing about a logo is that it should be recognizable and simple at first but complex and to the point as you keep looking at it.
I guess its difficult to analyse and find which 1 of your ideas is going to be the one that hits 100k a month. Having a brother like in your case or someone to brainstorm with really helps to keep your ideas even better.
Illustrator and freehand are your friends. Explore the basic geometric forms, learn kerning. avoid using photoshop to create logos. Also have a look on 99designs, crowdspring get some inspiration on behance. my 2 cents
They won't ban your accounts unless you start spamming the same message through a lot of diff. accounts. For me hootsuite is 10x better than tweetdeck, I manage around 20 accounts there, I could not imagine 100 being a problem.
